GENERAL

- There is no minimum quantity, minimum total, or minimum lot amounts for all orders but please do keep in mind that it may make sense, in regards to shipping, to order multiple parts and/or lots

- All parts are kept separate no matter if they are same color or type

- Invoices are included in all orders without regard to the purchase amount

- Order # will be written on packaging for easy identification.

SHIPPING

Each Lot or piece type will individually be packaged in a resealable poly bag. Individual pieces are normally grouped together.

INSURANCE

If you wish to insure your order, please let me know in a note so that I can send the appropriate invoice amount.

ORDERS FOR BOXES

- All boxes are opened carefully and flattened to reduce shipping costs

ORDERS FOR INSTRUCTIONS/MANUALS/BOOKS/COMICS/ETC.

- Instructions may come folded from LEGO and may have creases or bent pages from manufacturer.

- "PLEASE DO NOT BEND" labels will be adhered to packaging to prevent mistreatment in transit to destination

- Cardboard will be included in orders to reduce the risk of bending and damage.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- Customs form will be marked as as an online purchase/merchandise.

- Customs forms will be marked with value of the order. Customs duties and taxes will be paid by buyer.
